Location:
1154 Cambridge Street Cresco Iowa. Located in the Webster's Addition with the rear property line bordering the school's tree line.

Purpose:
To create a home that will care for its occupants by standing the test of time in regards to superior Design solutions, Quality Building Materials and the best proven construction techniques. During construction the home will be used to educate all tradesman and homeowners alike on the latest building techniques and technologies from SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panel System) to home automation.

Architectural Style:
From the Arts and Crafts Era, this home will have a Craftsmen exterior feel with exterior materials like Fiber Cement siding, cultured stone and tapered columns, wide window trim and banding.
